Role Summary

As the P&L and Business Performance Reporting Specialist, you will produce Horizon's Management P&L and business performance analysis, built from certified actuals provided by Accounting teams. Reporting to the FP&A Senior Manager, you will restructure certified financials into decision-oriented views by segment, product and deal, explain performance, and track business performance KPIs. You will serve as the bridge between certified accounting actuals and management insight, delivering a reliable business view and financial data.

Responsibilities

• Produce the management P&L and historical performance views, built from certified actuals collected from accounting teams.
• Restructure certified statutory accounting and financial data & P&L for business analysis and reporting.
• Consolidate and replace today's fragmented performance reporting into a single business view.
• Ensure correct cost allocation, product / segment splits and revenue category mapping for analysis.
• Analyze performance by segment, product, customer and deal, and explain variances and drivers.
• Track business performance KPIs across the revenue cycle.
• Own presentation of business performance views to management and steering committees.
• Establish automated, repeatable performance reporting to replace manual consolidations.
• Feed clean, structured performance datasets into FP&A variance and forecasting.
• Support data integrity across systems.
